**Note: Before installing any plug-ins, make sure you have first installed the dlls for plug-ins**
DLL Download Instructions HERE
First, make a folder under My Documents and name it 'Plug-ins'.
This is where you will download all your plug-ins.
After downloading, go to that folder and unzip the plug-in there.
(Make sure you unzip right back into that folder, as you never want to
unzip into your PSP unless it's a plug-in like Eye Candy that comes with
an install icon).
Now, open your PSP and click on File/Preferences/File locations
A window comes up, on the left side..scroll down to plug-ins and click on it
Look closely at the screenshot below:
Make sure that the top 2 boxes are checked under Plug-in file folders
Under Folder Options, make sure both boxes are checked
Now click on the 'Add' button and another window opens
You want to locate your plug-in. Remember, it's in a folder under My Documents
So, now you will follow the steps to locate your plug-in file
Once you click on on your plug-ins file, scroll down to the plug-in
you just downloaded and unzipped.
Click on it
Now you get this window again:
Your plug-in will now be listed in the window
Click the 'OK' button and you are done...it's installed!
Once you see how simple it is to intall plug-ins, you will enjoy
installing many of them and learning all the wonderful things you can do with them!
